Bessie and Bernie "Fixed" on January 26!

Bessie's owner rescued her only to find out that she was pregnant with EIGHT puppies!  We would have spayed her before the birth to prevent another litter, but it was too late.

The owner wanted to do the right thing, but needed a little help.  In order to prevent this from happening again, we provided a Spay it Forward for Bessie.  And to help her owner get those puppies fixed and adopted out, we provided a Spay it Forward for one of her puppies, Bernie.

We are glad to know that this litter will be adopted out already spayed or neutered so that history doesn't repeat itself!  Words cannot express how wonderful Irene Hernandez is for providing so many Spay it Forwards for our clients most in need.
